Ann Gruber

Six Pack Training

As the owner and head trainer of Six Pack Training, Ann Gruber brings over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry helping clients reach their goals. Ann is an IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) Physique Pro and has been competing in physique competitions since 2009. She is an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer (CPT), fitness nutrition specialist (FNS), group personal training specialist and youth exercise specialist (YES). Ann specializes in working with clients to achieve their individual goals through the use of traditional weight training, cardiovascular conditioning and proper nutrition. Through her experience in working with some of the best coaches, trainers and athletes in the fitness industry, Ann has a wealth of knowledge to provide her clients when it comes to weight loss, lean muscle gains and an overall healthy, fit physique. In addition, Ann also provides contest preparation services for bikini, figure and physique athletes.



Our facility is equipped with a full selection of equipment, ranging from hammer strength and cybex plate-loaded machines, resistance equipment, Precor and Stairmaster cardio machines along with a full set of dumbbells from 5-125 lbs. It is a motivating atmosphere with more than enough equipment and space for classes which house up to 15 members.



We utilize traditional methods of weight training along with functional methods in order to accommodate your individual fitness goals. Whether you are seeking to increase lean muscle mass and decrease body fat or improve sport’s specific performance through the use of weight training and conditioning, we are equipped with the knowledge, experience and equipment to meet your goals.



Our highly experience trainers and coaches offer group classes for all levels of fitness. Whether you are new to weight training or have been off the grid for awhile and need to ease back into the gym, we offer beginner classes. For those of our more experienced and conditioned members we offer high-intensity group classes. In addition, we offer one-on-one personal training services and nutrition consultation for those seeking more individual attention and progress tracking. Competition prep services are available to those seeking to compete in bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini competitions. These are strictly monitored nutrition and training programs designed to take the guesswork out of bringing your best physique to the stage.
